I'm a personal trainer, athlete, and competitor. I've tried many supplements in my time. I've been looking for a product like this for a long time.
Pros-
Mental clarity is amazing! As a nursing student, I've never been able to read and study so easily.
This pill doesn't give you stomach upsets or heart palpitations like many others on the market. The energy is amazing.
Cons-
It is an expensive supplement (consistancy is the key for success) it can get pretty pricey. I've taken some time off this pill and I crave it, so I think it may be addictive.
Advice-
I gave up drinking coffee a couple months ago. I find on days that I don't have caffiene or Atrophex, I am extremely sluggish, no energy, and tired. Some days I need 1-2 naps to get through the day. I fear that I have become dependant on this supplement for energy. I would much rather have natural energy, and not rely on any supplements or coffee. Once you finish a bottle, take a break and get your body back to a normal state before starting another bottle.

I used this product and have to say that it worked for me. At first I had doubts because no explode creatine had no effect on me at all. This product has a diretic effect and makes u piss alot. My suggestion is use this product after 3-4 months of intense working out. If u don't workout don't take these to lose weight (fat). Get on a diet hire a trainer and work your ass off is the only way to see results. This pill pretty much gets rid of water weight which did bring out my abs more and made my muscles look more lean. Again this is effective in losig water weight and not fat. The resin I repeat myself is becase I see so many out of shape people buying every supplement out there. It definitely gives you a bit of energy because of the caffeine content, but the fat burning qualities are negligible. With all other factors being controlled for, I added Atro Phex to my daily vitamin stack and did not experience any additional body composition changes. I really enjoy BSN's products like NO Xplode and Syntha 6, but this AtroPhex is really ineffective and overpriced. The active ingredients are so nominal that they cannot have an effect. But there is plenty of caffeine in the pills. You might as well buy 90 Caplets of Jet Alert or No Doz for $5.Customer Review: Atro-Phex BSN

i've been taking this atro-phex for about two months now. i've lost 7 lbs and a couple of inches around my waist. the mental clarity is incredible. the energy is awesome. i would definitely recommend this product! of course i will cycle off of it at 12 weeks. four weeks off...as the recommendation goes. but i will go another 12 after that. great product...order it and you'll love the mental clarity alone!Customer Review: Great boost!

These pills are great, they give a great energy boost, especially when you work out. I'm somebody that typically requires some sort of energy boost, and these are awesome. However you can't rely solely on these to cut weight, you must still work out and diet properly, but they do give you a boost that helps. I would definitely recommend these.
