Having used slow-digesting proteins in the past, this is the best I've ever used and I have stuck with it. It's clean, a high quality supplement, effective, great-tasting--so you can be reassured that you get your money's worth. Since it's a slow released protein, I mainly use it before bedtime as this is perfect for that type of scenario. This protein powder is comparable to muscle milk and the like but Syntha-6 just tastes better hands down. BSN products tends to be a little pricey, but it's worth paying a little bit more for this protein product.
Overall, I highly recommend it for its effectiveness, high-quality, great value and its taste. If you're serious about your protein intake, this is it.

After using this product for the first time a while ago, I can say that you can rest assured that you are buying a quality protein. I use vanilla ice cream flavor in all kinds of things. I add it to oatmeal, sugar free pudding, yogurt, cream of wheat and anything else I can think of! It tastes great in everything and it's awesome on it's own. Not only is the taste great, but the calories/carbs/fiber/protein content is outa this world. I'm at the gym 6 days a week, cardio and weight training. I mix up a drink after my workout and before I go to bed at night, and I add it to foods through out the day. It's a high quality protein and for the money, there is no better!Customer Review: Tastes great!

This is my first time using this product. I needed to supplement my protein intake, but didn't want the calories that come along with it (and I'm really tired of tuna and egg whites). A single serving provides me with 22 grams of protein and 200 calories, not too bad, I use it to supplment 3 out of the five meals per day, and it's helped me reach my goals.
The chocolate milkshake flavor is very good, but be sure to use a blender cup (cup with a little blender ball in it) to mix it up, a spoon won't really do the job.
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and almost ready for another one.

I've used quite a few protein powders, the most recent of which was Biotest's 'Grow Whey'. I had thought that one was the best, but I decided to try Syntha-6 for a change of pace, and to get my order over $25 so I could get free shipping...
...anyway, I was blown away. I ordered the chocolate malt flavor, and it is delicious. It mixes well with both milk and water using a hand mixer or a shaker bottle. No clumps. And again, I can't emphasize how good this tastes. This stuff is great, and I am definitely going to order more of it.

If you've tried Syntha 6 before then you know this is a premium protein that tastes great and mixes very easily (no clumping if using a shaker). If you haven't tried it then do some homework, read the reviews and then price shop it at your local supplement store. You will see a great value thru Amazon and the product is excellent. Most athletes need to supplement their diets with easy to access protein and Syntha 6 is one of the few that tastes great even when mixed with water. I've tried 3 flavors (choc, choc PB & Strawberry) and they are all way above the norm. Good luck!
