BSN Syntha 6 (in any flavor) is easily the best tasting protein powder/supplement on the market. It is also some of the best blend/highest quality protein available. The fat to protein ratio is low and the sugar content is very low. Hard to believe when you taste it. Mixed with water this tastes like nestle quick in milk. Mixed with milk this tastes like one of the best milk shakes you've ever had! It doesn't mix that well with cold liquid. On par for any protein powder. Heat up the milk or use a blender if you care to completely blend it. Now go out and get some!!!Customer Review: Contains Sucralose

After all the good reviews I was expecting alot, but was let down. I tried this before I read the label (silly me) and didn't realize it contained Sucralose(splenda). I don't eat artificial sweetners and this product(one half scoop) caused a massive migraine. I found it a little deceiving that the description says it has no Aspartame, when it does include other artificial sweetners. If this isnt a concern for you the flavor (Chocolate Milkshake) was good, but it was fairly clumpy. I returned this to amazon, which, as always, was a fast and easy process.Customer Review: Great

I have tried cookies and cream, and strawberry flavors of bsn syntha 6. Both really great tasting and good mixability. Strawberry tastes the best so far and i think it mixes slightly better than cookies and cream. In terms of whether it works or not i cant really say. I take it mainly for recovery and extra calories since i have a fast metabolism and small appetite. I cant say it speeds up recovery either since i still get pretty sore after a hard workout. Got the chocolate flavor for 20 dollars during a promotion. I'm a mild consumer of protein powder, but it helps with working out and meal replacements. Syntha-6 definitely mixes much better (no clumps) and tastes better than the other powders I've tried before. It's pretty comparable with muscle milk and definitely beats the nitro-core that I bought. The powder is fine and smooth which helps it dissolve faster. As my friend recommended, I normally mix it with water, and the taste is pretty good.Customer Review: best of the best

tastes is rediculously awesome and addictive!!!
mixes well. no blender required and for the savings with the subscribe and save option you cant go wrong.
only downside is it tastes soooo goood and has a lot of calories 200 per scoop, you can easily get a bit of a belly in the process. skim milk + 2 scoops is well over 400 calories.
more of a meal replacement than anything ....
nevertheless this is a good product! bsn is legit
