This stuff tastes fantastic! From the research I did, I believe it to be very high quality, and the ingredients list has all the right stuff on it. I do wish, though, that it didn't have so many carbs. There are almost as many grams of carbs as there are of protein. That is okay after a workout, but this powder isn't really a workout protein since there is a lot more than whey in it. So I use it somewhat sparingly, but it is right up there with Muscle Milk for flavor.Customer Review: This stuff is great.

I've tried a lot of different supplements in my day and some work and some don't. My body doesn't respond easily to changes but adding this product to my workout plan has increased my energy and my recovery time after my workouts. I used to drink whey but never really saw results. After a month of using this I can see my muscles starting to react to it. I drink 2-3 times a day.
Also, the product ships FAST. I get it within one day of placing the order.

I bought BSN Syntha-6 and wasn't crazy about it the very first time I tried it, but since then I love it! At first I used a blender, then when I was in a hurry one day, I put some water in a water bottle, added the powder, shook it up well, and it was fine. I use more water than the directions call for, just to stretch it. I also tried Muscle Milk in chocolate. I only tried it once, but didn't like it as much - maybe because I was already used to the taste of this??Customer Review: Great Protein Drink!

To be honest, I was expecting this to not taste very good. In my experience, protein items have always tasted terrible, but I must say I was nicely surprise with the Chocolate Milkshake drink.
Taste - 9/10. It legit tastes like a chocolate milkshake. I added a bit more milk than was suggested as it was a bit too chocolately with the recommended amount.
Consistency - 9/10. Nice and think. Just like a milkshake should be.

I started P90X a few weeks ago and part of the program is a stringent diet. I started replacing my cereal and Instant breakfast every morning with a protein shake, and after reading all the online reviews, this one seemed to be the best. Well, the reviews didn't lie! This powder tastes delicious, and although I question some of the other content in it (carbs/sugars), it keeps me full for longer than I expected. And did I mention that it tastes great?
