ive been looking for a really good protein powder when im done working out so i can recover i dont really want to bulk up i just wanna stay lean its a fantastic tasting powder most powders say they taste like the flavor there advertising but this one taste better than nesquik in my opinion and there not cheap on there powder when most companies only fill up the bottle half ways, overall i like it and i will buy it again wen i run outCustomer Review: Delicious

Syntha 6 is the most delicious whey protein powder I have ever had. It seriously tastes like a chocolate milk shake. Just don't put in too much water or else the shake will get diluted or too little water and it will make it too thick. Just a reminder, this is a sustained release protein and it does have a lot of calories and fat. It is meant for a meal replacement, but can also function as an after workout shake.Customer Review: Its great!!

This is by far the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. It tastes like a real shake. Have to remember not to just drink it up. I am taking the line though. The Axis-HT, the NO-Xplode and this protein and I am breaking through the pesky plateau. So I cant say this what is working, it could be the combination of the three. But I can say BSN is working. Never been much into this protein powder thing...I always thought it was a bunch of "hoop-la". A nutrionist turned me on to this and what a difference! I gained 10 pounds of muscle, and I have not increased my waist size.
Guys (and gals) please do your cardio and your stomach crunches. Other wise, you will get a gut.
I was told this is a meal replacement shake. and it fills me up with no problem.

This is the best buy for your dollar, it tastes delicious in all flavors Ive tried, never upsets my stomach or digestion, and definitely has helped me pack on muscle over the past 2 bottles Ive gone through. I usually drink 2 mixes a day with 2 scoops of protein, whereas it suggests only one. Serving sizes vary I guess, but there with that said, try out a bottle of S-6 and Im sure you wont be dissatisfied.
