Great tasting in both Vanilla and Chocolate. I've only mix them with milk but it tastes just like ice-cream. It's beyond your everyday whey protein as it includes 6 different forms at different absorbtion rates for sustained recovery. It also has 5 grams of fiber. This could serve as a meal replacement shake as it does have roughly 200 calories in it, a bit higher then your everyday whey protein.Customer Review: Best price ever!

Many people have favorites when it comes to protein... i just dislike the chalky texture, the medicine-like aftertaste, and gases that many other brands offer. With syntha you'll get rid of that and have an immensely creamy shake, better yet with 2% milk.
Price and size may be big factors for many people, mine is taste. Anyone can try this brand, and many will make it a keeper.

The product tastes great with low fat milk and with water..... Although for me its not the best as it does not digest well with me. Everybody's body is different so it may work for you. Also pretty high in calories 200 per scoop as opposed to "warrior milk" which is all natural protein powder and has 40 calories per scoop and tastes just as good with milk or almond milk.Customer Review: Tastes great!

I never review stuff on here, but this stuff is really tasty. Can't speak to its actual benefit as I just started using it, but it dissolves really well in cold water. Just gotta shake the heck out of it. Will definitely try the other flavors. I've only had the plain chocolate so far. You'll never find a better tasting protein shake. BSN is known widely for their N.O. Xplode but they kind of dropped the ball on this one. Syntha-6, although with a cool name, has only 28 grams of protein but costs the same as the other name brands. I don't know about you but I'd rather go for a bottle of Isopure with nearly twice the protein and zero carbs.
