I have used it for around 6 months. Tasts great, relatively easy to mix (through blender is recommended) results are there as far as effectiveness goes. Definitely better than cheap protein mixes. Could be cheaper, could be easier to mix and could taste just a tad better.Customer Review: GOOD STUFF

This is by far the best mixing and tasting protien supplement i have ever used and i am going to stick with it. This is for those lookin to put some lean muscle on without the fat and bad taste. this mixes and tastes the best with fruit juices and milk both.Customer Review: Tasty!

This was my first purchase of protein powder and I wasn't disappointed. Mixed really easily with a spoon and it tastes great. Recommended serving size was 2 scoops per 8 oz. of water. That was overkill for me I tended to stick with one scoop.Customer Review: Vanilla Ice Cream.. mmmm..

This stuff is straight up delicious. The vanilla ice cream flavor is smooth and creamy (when mixed with 2% milk, at least) and definitely isn't a task to drink like some of the other protein powders out there. I'm really satisfied.
