Customer Review: Works but watch cholesterol

My husband used this for a few months earlier this year. He lost a lot of weight but then after a medical checkup discovered his cholesterol had gone up significantly. As for the taste, it is good, even with water, and it does have a lot of nutrients. My opinion is to not drink this more than once per day. Just eat properly for the rest of your meals.
