Customer Review: Good product, good price, but it's better for gaining weight then losing it

Let me condense the title. This is great protein powder. The flavor is acceptable (like all chocolate milkshake protein powder...) and the quantity you're getting for the price is great. Was about 6$ a pound, which is killer. Now, the issue with this protein powder is that it has too many calories. It doesn't fit my specific needs. Here is a chart displaying 3 popular brands I chose and their contents:

Now, you can clearly see that the bottom brand is no good. 160/350 calories from fat is more then 50%; way above my limit. Also, you need 75 whooping grams to get only 32 grams of protein. Like I said, someone might want that many calories in their protein powder, but be aware to those who don't; that's dangerously high. BSN provides good protein as well as not too many calories from fat. Is has the most carbs, so it's the better meal replacement shake. I myself will continue to buy Optinmum. It's got more protein for less quantities, and less then 10% calories from fat which is what I'm looking for. I usually eat/drink my protein in conjunction with other foods, so I don't need the extra calories.
Again, BSN is good if you're trying to gain weight, but there are better options if you don't need extra calories.
