When I received the heated eyelash curler, the curler tip was broken and the handle was dirty (sticky glue). I guess you get what you pay for. I usually don't order items online because I prefer to look at items carefully before buying them. I don't like the hassles of returning items (pay postage to return, drive to the post office and wait for another one). I am disappointed and might not buy anything online again.

Lovely Lashes by Barber King is heat activated for pain-free, natural curl. Place heated, curved comb directly onto lash and gently comb and lengthen lashes into desired shape. You will transform your straight lashes into amazing curled lashes in no time! Lovely Lashes by Barber King is small, lightweight, and curved to reach and shape all eyelashes, everytime. Get professional results at home or on the go and bring out the beauty in your eyes!Unlike some eyelash curlers that use an awkward clamp system, this model gently presses against lashes to shape them. To heat the curler, insert one AA battery (not included), and switch on the power button. A red indicator light will appear. After twenty seconds the curler should be the right temperature to begin the curling. By stroking the wand through each lash with pressure, lashes are lengthened.
