The gal at my local Ulta Store said to put a few drops on the back of my hand and then mix a little liner powder into the sealer, then apply. I tried it and it worked ok for maybe 4-5 hours. It started coming off in little flakes or chips on the outer corners. Hate seeing those things on my cheeks! However, most of it stayed on so well that it was a mess getting it off. I used a good eye makeup remover but had to repeat many times and there were flakes stuck all over my face and some in my eyes. It worked enough for me to give it another try but I dred the clean up afterward.
