These insoles have taken away my plantar fasciitis! I am a fitness instructor and abuse my feet on a daily basis. I encountered heel pain and then it was hard to step on the floor after getting out of bed. I tried BS system and my feet are pain free! Another bonus is my knees don't hurt as much which is probably due to the inserts also.
I would highly recommend these to anyone to anyone who engages in high impact activities or is on their feet all day long. An awesome system.
