This is a wonderful product if you want to be able to prop up in bed to read or watch television. I used it while recuperating from knee replacement surgery requiring I be in bed for hours in a continuous passive motion machine. The bed wedge was perfect for my husband while recovering from a badly broken arm. He had to sleep in a recliner in the living room until we thought to search for a wedge on Amazon. We actually ordered two because we were afraid that 24" wouldn't be wide enough, but it was fine -- and he's a big guy. He's been much more comfortable sleeping in our bed with the wedge.Customer Review: Best used for spicing up sex

There is an overpriced similar product called the Liberator Wedge that is sold for adding/altering positions for sex. This does the same at a much better price.
