I bought this due to having had shoulder surgery, as I was tired of sleeping propped up on big pillows. Fortunately, I didn't really need it by the time it arrived. Since I snore, though, I decided to give it a shot. It is just too big for me - I would probably do better with a smaller version. Teaching an old dog a new trick takes patience. I suffered from severe neck pain, cervical ridiculitis (ridiculous sounding right?)... The pain became intolerable and was exacerbated from sleeping on my stomach (my position of comfort) and cranking my head to the left or right... Sleeping on my back was impossible til I got the Bed Wedge. Now a few weeks later and a little discipline, it is a pleasure to wake up pain free and well rested...
