I found this product to be hard as a rock to sleep on. I am a side sleeper and found it very uncomfortable in this position. If you lie on your back it is tolerable, but I snore more on my back and find it difficult to fall asleep on my back so I discontinued use after only a few nights. It was pretty much worthless to me. It is made well, but only good for back sleepers.Customer Review: Bad smell, can't return-AWFUL!!!

Product arrived in damp box, smelled musty, damp, and nasty. Opened box and pillow's plastic since I thought pillow would have been protected. No Such luck. And supposedly I can't return it once I have removed the plastic wrapping since it's a "health care" product. Of course, I didn't expect to be shipped a damaged item. Trying to return it for refund anyway. Highly recommend avoiding ordering pillows or such online-not returnable and you can't tell what you are getting! I just searched the item info and still can't locate the return policy stated anywhere on the page for the item....awful!Customer Review: bed wedge may help

Tried bed wedge for the first time, no prior experience with it. Takes getting used to, do not expect miracle results the first night. It is very firm, not soft. You may or may not feel comfortable adding a pillow. To read in bed, you will need one. Also, hard to turn over and sleep on your side, another aspect that takes getting used to. I've been searching for just the right tool to maximize comfort while using my laptop in bed. (Yes, on the occasional Sunday, I am that lazy.) I tried a bedrest (husband), a tray table, differnt arrangements of pillows. At last eureka! The 12 inch bed wedge is just the right angle and firmness. I'd be bedsurfing all day now if that pesky job didn't get in the way.
