I bought this product,(three in fact), because it claimed to repel spiders, which I and my family hate. I bought one for each floor as the manufacturer recommends and set them to work. Since, I have done battle with more arachnids then ever before. I think it's actually attracting them, which would be a funny practical joke. But they're not joking!! I can't say if it repels anything else, but don't buy this for spiders!!Customer Review: Excellent

So far so good! Ever since i received this device and plugged it in, i haven't seen any signs of mice at all. I use to hear them in my attic but now i sleep peaceful. No more distrubing little feet going across the ceiling. In the review i read it said that it distrubed animals, well, i have a Chow and it has not affected her at all. I have one upstairs and one downstairs. I would recommend this product to others.Customer Review: Not for squirrels

Bought this and one similar for squirrels in attic. FYI, they don't work on squirrels. Neither do strobe lights (incase your thinking on that line). As for bugs??? I've seen a cammillion in the house, piss ants too. Course I live in Florida. Can't really say yet about other bugs but will leave the two plugged in and hope for the best.Customer Review: What Now

The item was received and installed on 1/29/10. It no longer worked after 2/14/10.
I would be glad if you send me instructions on how I can return this item and
receive my money back. My wife and I are very disappointed with this item's
short reliability.

I live in a rural area and have had an issue in my garage with mice. I was wanting to find a humane way to get them out. I purchased this product with high hopes it would do as it said and send the mice elsewhere. Unfortunately, it did absoulutely nothing. They are still there and I even think have multiplied.
