I ordered this product, unaware that the item required thermal protection during shipment. The drops arrived in the mail a couple weeks later hot. I saw on the lable that they required refrigeration, so I visited the manufacturers website, [...]
, and learned very quickly that this product must be kept in constant refrigeration, even during shipment.
Prior to ordering this product make sure that the company you are ordering it from keeps it refrigerated during storage and provides thermal protection during shipment, or you will have to return the product as the active ingrdient will be dead and it will be of no use to your child!
After learning this I went to the recommended ordering site, by biogaia, and ordered it. It is a fantastic product and will help with all sorts of bowel problems in infants!
