I have only taken 2 tablets so far but the results are fantastic. I was skeptical as I have tried Buspar and Lexapro but those left me feeling dizzy and uncomfortable. But this simply makes me feel normal and relaxed...and it actually has blocked my feelings of panic tremendously.
Obviously everyone is different but I highly reccommend at least trying this product. I am honestly blown away as I have suffered from anxiety since I was a child, and this is the first time I actually have hope that these horrible feelings can be suppressed.

I began taking Seredyn as an alternative to Lexapro, or any SSRI, and while in the withdrawal of the Lexapro I took the maximum recommended dose of 3 capsules at one time. I felt an immediate effect. I have continued to take them (since May) and there is no question in my mind that they are keeping me calm, level, and at ease. I am not exagerating, when I build up in tension, I take 3 Seredyns, and within 30 minutes the tension has disappeared. My husband is also taking them with the same results. I have been using Seredyn for some time now - and it's great. It is a herbal product, so it doesn't work like normal tranquilizers, maybe it's not that fast. In the beginning I didn't feel immediate results, but after I took 2 capsules twice a day for several days, I felt much better and much more relaxed, and I didn't have problems falling asleep. That's the thing about natural products - they don't work as fast, but the effects are long-lasting, and you don't get addicted. I will stick to that product.Customer Review: Not worth the money

I am sure the pills effects will vary from person to person, however, for the price of these, they just don't do enough. I took two of them at first and felt relaxed for about half an hour and the effects went away. The next day I took three of them together and pretty much got the same effect for no more than an hour. I was disapointed and thought these would be good after reading reviews on them. The price is too high for these pills, I am looking for ones that work longer and are cheaper in price.Customer Review: Was skeptical, but no more

I must say that at first I was skeptical about this product, but after a few panic attacks treated with only two capsules, I was sold on its effectiveness. My "attacks" were really marked by elevated heart rate and sometimes frightening chest pain which has been medically diagnosed as "stress" or "anxiety". This product has literally taken away my fear and anxiety when stressful situations arise and I highly recommend it to anyone.
