I do not understand why you would bill me on (September 1st) and not ship my order until (September 7th). I know Labor Day was on September 6th; however, you had 3-days," Wednesday, Thursday & Friday" to ship my order prior to the holiday weekend. So, in summary, I paid for my merchandise on September 1st and it is now September 10th and I have an estimated delivery date of September 13th... that's just about half of a month between billing and receipt of my merchandise. As per our experience and other reviews that I have read, it looks as though you need to reevaluate your policies & procedures...
