I am very grateful to this product for the hours of relief that it has given me. I have constant neck pain and struggle with turning my head for any length of time. It is especially painful when driving. Biofreeze roll on has helped me tremendously by providing a strong penetrating menthol sensation that gives me immediate relief. The roll on is the best. It is convenient, it dries fast, and has a stronger and longer lasting effect than the gel. I was not impressed with the tube gel at all. It was messy and the relief lasted less than half the time as the roll on. Apparently many athletes and therapists use this product. I know why. Very effective. I have a circulation disease that requires surgery to remove large patches of skin whenever I bump my legs! BIOFREEZE is the product that my hospital used as local anesthetic for those surgeries. I also used it at home during recovery. It was a great product for topical treatment of large wounds then one day some genius at the company got the brilliant idea to add MENTHOL to the formula and the result is that the product burns to the point of being worse then the origional problem when applied to open wounds!!! Think before you act people, NEW AND IMPROVED right what genius thought that one up and I wonder if the lost institutionals sales were worth raising the price a few pennies!Customer Review: Biofreeze, miracle product

This product really works! Since learning about Biofreeze 3 years ago from a friends chiropractor. I use it whenever my arthritis acts up. My husband who suffers from a collapsed heel due to a construction accident years ago, swears by this product. We have reccomended Biofreeze to many of our family and friends. Including my husbands 95 year old grandmother who uses it on her sore feet and ankles. They all love the results! After spine surgery along with arthritis nothing was helping. I hate taking medicine that alters your brain, so Bio Freeze was a real find for my. I buy it by the gallons now and everyone loves that it dries quickly. It has a little odor, but nothing like some of the similar products out there. Biofreeze also leaves very little sticky residue and is not to tough on my skin. Main thing that everyon needs to understand is that Biofreeze is effective and works if it is applied at the first sign of pain. Also remember not to rub it in, but just spread it across the effected area or areas. East to use and great for helping me sleep by easing the aches and pains.Customer Review: Mixed feelings on this

This product was put on me for a sprained ankle. When using the Gel versionl, it stayed put for hours of relief. However, if you use your fingers, the smell doesn't fade off those. I suggested using a cotton ball to apply it. The roll-on, whereas, less messy doesn't have the same reaction (actually neither at times do) as the gel. I put it on and didn't feel any relief. If you shake it up or knead the sample packets, then you might get the same reaction of coolness. So my feelings are a little mixed on this one. Flex-all 454 gave me the same kind of relief, maybe not the same lenght of time when the Biofreeze works but it is also less expensive.
