I first learned about Bio Freeze through my podiatrist. I use it as an alternative to heat therapy on my sciatica.
Bio Freeze works very well...so well in fact that I hope they don't take it off the market!
I really like the roll on. It's very easy to apply and lasts a long time [provided you don't take a bath in the stuff]. Sometimes my foot doctor doesn't have the roll on in stock, but, now that I know I can get it here I won't worry anymore.
This is a really great product and your price is right, too!

Biofreeze has worked wonders w/ my muscles after working out. I can put this stuff on my back & shoulders, go to sleep, and then wake up the next morning without feeling sore.
I love the slow, lasting tingling sensation. You don't really need a lot of this stuff to make it work. The roll-on makes it easy to apply at work and the smaller size makes it even easier to take with me whenever I need it.
Overall, Biofreeze is the best treatment I've used for my aching muscles and has even helped with my Carpal Tunnel.

My husband and I are both long distance runners and are in our 50s. We use Biofreeze with Ilex for mild and more serious pains and strains. I also use the roll-on version on the back of my neck and temple when I get migraines; the cooling helps tremendously. My mother uses it for severe arthritis in her hands, and my father uses it for back pain. I recently ordered some for my mother-in-law for hip pain. She called raving about how much it helped her and my father-in-law. Its a fabulous product that I recommend for many purposes.Customer Review: Good Pain Relief

I've tried many other cold and/or hot back rubs for muscle aches and pains. The roll-on BioFreeze is awesome. For starters, you don't get any on your hands...just roll it on and you're good to go. Secondly, the product itself does a very good job at temporarily relieving the back aches and pains. Its also good for any other muscle pains you may have on your body...hamstrings, calf muscles, should muscles, etc. If you have not tried it yet, I'd recommend at least trying it once to see if it helps you.Customer Review: YES - It works and does not burn

I've been using ths for about a year now and I haven't found anything better for aching muscles or lower back pain. The smell is not as strong as some other pain relieving ointments and it starts to work almost immediately. Also it does not burn the hide off you like that OTHER stuff in the red tube does. This is safe for sensitive skin and inexpensive to use and lasts a very long time. The spray and roll-on are my favorites because you don't need to use your fingers to rub it in - less messy for sure.
