I have on and off again back and kneck pain. It only happens maybe every 12 months but when it does I want to do something about. I usually use Ibprofen but in some cases that doesn't help as much as I would like. That is when I get out the secret weapon BIOFREEZE! Yes it is very strong smelling when you first put it on but that either fades away or you get use to it. My only complaint is I wish it laster a little bit longer. I have had a total of 14 operations on my back and have a few pounds of steel in my lower spine. The pain that I experience everyday is awful. At night my wife sprays or roll on some bio-freeze and the relief helps me to have a sound sleep. I know that I could not have survived without this stuff.It works real good and allows me to be able to live everyday in not so much pain. I keep a bottle by the bed and in the car for travel. I ordered 6 tubes of roll on Biofreeze. They were shipped immeadiately and were at my door in excellent time. The product is great because I keep a tube in car, in my golf bag, bathroom, suitcase. I am 78 yrs old and have aches and pains but roll on biofreeze cool the pain spot and tells the heart to send more blood there and that is what heals the pain. I suffer from chronic migraines and they often leave me with a stiff and very sore neck and back. One of my friends gave me some bio freeze samples to try and I absolutely loved it! It really helped soothe the pain and unlike the icyhot type of products in stores, the smell vanished very quickly and the gel wasn't greasy. I would definitely reccomend this product to anyone who suffers from migraines and knows how bad the neck and back pain associated with them is.Customer Review: Best I've found!

I have been using Biofreeze for 7 years following an auto accident which left me with a disk bulge and nerve damage in my neck. I have tried other topical pain relievers, but keep coming back to Biofreeze because it works quickly and lasts for hours. Tip: Make sure to wash your hands quickly after applying or they will also feel the effects of Biofreeze (unless you are using it for your hands). I highly recommend Biofreeze for little and big aches and pains.
