I love Biofreeze. I am a massage therapist and have a long history with Biofreeze not only to give my clients long-lasting relief, but also for myself after a long days' work. However...oddly, the roll on that I ordered was a bit less effective and had some differences on the logo (leaves). I've never seen that before on Biofreeze labels. The date was ok. Not sure why it didn't work the same, but some Biofreeze is still better than none at all. Good luck!Customer Review: Better than the Gel and the Spray

I have the gel, the spray and the roll on and my preference is for the roll on above the others. The gel gets all over your hands and the spray is great for reaching difficult places but you have to hold your breath and close your eyes when using. This is far and away better than any muscle pain product I have tried. Since my Dr. recommended I have referred my coworkers, my parents (basically everyone!) and all of them have gone on to buy thier own.Customer Review: LOVE this stuff

I had a cervical hernia a few years ago and still have problems with my neck, left arm, and upper back. They say the coolness lasts for 8 hours or so, I really don't think so. It lasts about 2 hours for me but I am very grateful for that. I don't know what I'd do without this product. This product is great for sports injuries and for those with long-term aches. I first began using this product in physical therapy and have been buying it ever since.Customer Review: Lifesaver

This product is excellent. I was a loyal customer of the ActivOn products and they definitely helped but BioFreeze is superior. I use for muscle, hip, sciatic pain, etc. but particularly disc problems in my neck. Cervical disc problems cause me headache pain and when BioFreeze soothes the herinatied discs, my head actually feels better. It is so soothing and I am ordering more roll-ons to keep at home, car, work, etc.Customer Review: Great Pain Relief

I was introduced to Bio-Freeze by a massage therapist a few years ago and have also bought it from my chiropractor. I got a better price from Amazon. I have fibromyalgia and neck pain from a whiplash injury and this provides great, temporary pain relief. Sometimes heat therapy works better; but often, the cold Bio-Freeze works much better. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from muscular and joint pain.
