I use this on my back when the aches and pains set in, and it works miracles. It has a nice tingly effect while not smelling strong like other muscle rubs. The roll on is great for easy application, so if another person applies it for you, they don't have to get it on their hands. BIOFREEZE ROLLON is very helpful when I my knee, back, shoulders, and hands are in pain. It is also very convenient that it is rolled on whne out and about. It has helped my grnad daughter as well who has an unusaual situation regarding her knee after having surgery over a year ago. I've been using BioFreeze for 4 years. While working in the hospital a co-worker gave it to me for pain in my wrists since I do a lot of typing. It worked immediately. Whenever I feel the pain arise periodically, I apply Biofreeze. I haven't used anything else since. I highly recommend this product. My chiropractor recommended this product for muscle and joint pain and gave me some free samples to try. I was very skeptical, as I have never used a topical ointment that really worked. It arrived early and in perfect condition. I have a very painful condition known as "Myofascial Pain Syndrome" and I have no idea how I would have survived without it.
I've tried prescribed spot pain reducers and they've made me ill. Biofreeze is all natural and gives me no side-effects.
