I've tried many and this is by far the best. Residue if any is minimal and the scent if very pleasant and trust me, if a scent is bad, I will react to it. Have used the other brands and they have a pretty powerful chemical odor that stays around for days. I have not used the carpet stick that you can buy with this but I do use my koblenz spinning brush machine and gotta say that this works better than any of the other products i've tried. won't say my 12 year old beige carpet looks like new but definitely gets it clean enough to have guests over and feel confident that they'll know my house is clean.Customer Review: Amazing

Recently, while on vacation, a glass of RED WINE was spilled all over a beige colored carpet. I was not able to go to the store that day, and when I woke up the next morning there was this huge stain that I felt certain wouldn't come out. I went to the store, picked up the Woolite The Rug Stick and despite being a day after the spill, it completely got rid of the stain!Customer Review: Works Great

After reading some of the reviews I bought this product along with the rug stick and wasn't quite sure what to expect. My son used the rug stick to clean up his dogs mess and needless to say it worked great there is not a trace left not even the odor. I was very skeptical but this product worked much better than I could have ever expected, especially for the price.
Yan can do whole rooms with good results and is just great for those tough but quick carpet clean-ups between major carpet shampooings.

Just shake the can put it in the Rug Stick and let her rip. It flufs the carpet so it looks new. You will see the bristles of the Rug Stick picked up a lot of deep seated dirt and stains. Just vacuum after 30 minutes to get all the dirt and you are done.
