I have found that Black Cohosh is a excellent substiute for the "night sweats and hot flashes" associated with menopause. Menopause has to go it's cause (est. 10 years, give or take a day) so why suffer needlessly and have to worry about the side effects of a prescription drug, when there is something out there that is so easy to take and does the job. It even helps with the mood swings as well. I recommended it to my daughter (age 41) who is "pre-menopausal" and she feels very comfortable with the results. I have been taking black cohosh for almost 8 years now so I can safely say that I feel safe in recommending this product to someone that it may help.
