Guess I don't know the metric system, because these earrings are a lot smaller than I expected. They are almost baby earrings. Their fine for casual wear and for inserting right after you get your ears pierced. Just soak them in peroxide or alcohol before inserting. They stay on well. I've been sleeping with them in and showering, and they haven't come off.
