This is not the same as they use in hospital there is no cotton cushion between the plastic sheet and a paper lining. The flimsy paper liner disintegrates the minute it comes in to contact with urine. The liner itself is made of poor quality paper. Don't buy this product.Customer Review: WONDERFUL!

I use them for my baby's changing table and it works well.
I don't have to wash the terry cloth pad on the changing table because I put this one over it. Best idea ever and the price is perfect. I will order more soon.

We had originally bought a 10-pack of pads from the Pumping Station for $10! Using these as changing pads for an infant, you can guess that you might go through these quite quickly. Found these, and they're perfect! What a great value.
