Hello All..
I do not usually do this...but I really feel these pads have 'saved my life'!I will risk sounding Over Dramatic & All Else here..I simply don't care..But Nancy (who 'run's' the company) at Body-Relief..along w/ Dr. Brooks..who works thru her company offering Beyond Reasonable 'Diagnoses' of your 'used' pads (among other things) are Amazing people..
Body-relief offers Superb, 1 on 1 Customer Service..like in 'the olden days'...:) w/ expedient delivery..Nancy is caring, knowledgeable, offers wonderful products, pricing, services...She is there by e or phone to help you w/ Anything she can..she is a wealth of knowledge & I just Love that..& if she cannot answer your question..she is honest about it..never tries to 'hard sell you Anything' you do not need or want...but will always try & come up w/ some ref links &/or.. of course..there is her associate..Dr. B..:)
No Other Pads Are Like These..Whatever it is...I feel better in a matter of days..(well 1st I sometimes actually see the Toxicity coming out...like in facial breakouts etc.... in my case..it was very serious at times..now much better....)
Ex: after using various Detox supps..I put on my Pads at nite...referring to reflexology Foot Chart they send you for positioning...2 per nite..at least for 3-4 nites in a row..and Boom..after the 1st nite..I wake up & my Face is Clear & Then it Only Get's Better From There!! :)
I could go on & on but suffice to say...I Always Feel Better when I use my Body Relief Detox Pads..No Matter What is Ailing Me..even if it just in Maintenance Mode ..2-3x a week for my Degenerative Arthritis..or for Occasional Generic Detoxing/Balancing the ol' bod..:)

Customer Review: Not as bad bad as you think

I carefully read every review before buying these. I saw so many good reviews that I figured I would try them. I was worried when one of the reviewers said something about the patches being really smelly. Well, I am very sensitive to smells. I get headaches from passing people in the hallway who wear cologne. All of the products I own are fragrance-free. I clean my house with baking soda and vinegar because I can't handle the smell of "cleaners". I'm bad. So, I took the plunge anyways. First of all, when you smell the patches out of bag, it smells like a really faint pipe tobacco or something out of a wood shed. It wasn't bad, so I stuck 'em to me feet overnight. The next morning, I didn't 'spring' out bed and feel like I was 10 years younger or anything so don't think these are miracle patches. I went into the bathroom and peeled them off my feet. At this point, they smelled like 'wet' wood shed. A little stronger but not bad. Let me tell you how black they were. My husband's were even blacker. And there was this sticky molasses-colored residue on my feet. I took a shower, washed my feet with soap and water, and by the time I got out, my feet felt so much cleaner than ever before. I was shocked. It's like overnight those patches deep cleaned my pores. If you've ever had a foot bath in peppermint, it's like that. My feet smelled good, no wood smell or anything. My husband reported a slight tingling in his calf muscles. I guess they improve circulation. A couple of things to remember when trying new products is keeping an opened mind, but not too open, and follow the instructions carefully. I also had a headache one night and tried a patch on the back of my neck (tension headache). I'm sorry to report that did not work as claimed. I still had a headache in the morning and used my Head-On to get rid of it instead. I do like the patches and recommend them for anyone seeking better circulation and really clean feeling feet.Customer Review: My Experience Has Been Stellar

I've been using footpads for over 4 years now, and I must say that the BodyRelief brand has become a fixture in my bedside table drawer. Most often, I use them for easing the kinks I get in my neck and back from sleeping on a less-than-perfect bed. I apply them directly to the spot where I'm feeling the pain for that, and the pads gradually ease out the toxins that build up around the kink (they don't "fill up" quite as much on those spots), taking the pain away as they work. My wife uses them for that, too, and loves the results, and we are both very skeptical of any new-age-sounding remedies.
We've lately found them extremely useful for detoxifying the body when we start feeling a cold coming on, too. It definitely seems to either shorten the length of a cold (or whatever) or 'nip it in the bud' before it has a chance to get hold of you. We even brought them with us on a recent ski trip (putting them on our feet overnight after skiing all day), and found that we didn't experience nearly as much soreness in our legs on the mornings after pounding the slopes all day.
I noticed one of the other reviews complained about experiencing an odor after using footpads. I have noticed, from time to time, a faint smell of vinegar emanating from the pads after a night of use, and I think that one of the main ingredients in the pads is a type of tree bark used to make vinegar. That said, I've never noticed the scent stays on my skin after taking a shower or rinsing, though she did say that she was unusually sensitive to smells. I've observed that the pads seem to get blacker and wetter the more toxins are in your body, so she must've been an extreme case.
In all, after trying a lot of different brands of these, my wife and I are thoroughly convinced that they work, and that this particular brand seems to be consistently the best.

Just like everyone else on here I was very skeptical just thinking what can a pouch filled with god knows what is going to do for me. After applying them before bedtime when I woke up I was very curious about how they are going to look. When I took them off, I was shocked, they were dark as coal. I was shocked, because that was a first sign for me that indeed they are doing something. After 2 days of using them (they were just as dark for 3 days on day 4 they started getting lighter) I have noticed that my chronic cold was gone, no more running nose which I had for couple months, no more fever that would come and go and my back which was always hurting a little is pain free. Even now I am still skeptical that a small thing like that could do all of that and take care of my medical problems that I decided to live with and not treat. I am truly amazed that it fixed things that I did not think could be fixed, but the biggest surprise is that since I have started using the pads I discontinued using my blood pressure medications since I no longer needed them. Even on medications my blood pressure was always high and impossible to control with hourly swings for the past 6 days while using the pads my blood pressure is perfect its 125/75 and my average lowest always was 145/95 and my pulse which is always btw 95 and 110 is now for a 5th day in a row around 75-80. So honestly as much as I don't want to believe that this small pad can help so much BUT there is nothing else I am doing or taking that would help me with all the things above, so it must be working! I am slowly becoming a believer and I would really recommend them to anyone and everyone, you've got nothing to lose besides some toxins in your body, you will be amazed with what this little pad will help you with (most likely something you don't even expect). I purchased the body relief Detox Foot pads being skeptical but hopful.
First off they are like a big tea bag so if you sweat while wearing them the bag is going to get darker because the stuff in the bag is going to get wet. Mine were almost the same color when I took them off my feet as when I put them on. The edges were dark.
I feel no different this morning than any other morning. I still have this itchy flaky skin on my right knee and my neck was still stiff.
I am going to give it another try since I bought two packages. I am going to try to use them on my hubby for his chronic back pain and see if there is any difference. One of my sons has a constant sore throat so I am going to try them on him as well.
Watch back and I will keep you posted. So far I am not impressed. Maybe these reviews are edited and they only keep the best ones because I researched this on many different websites and most all comments are positive.
People usually tend to critisize more than compliment so I still have some hope I will see some changes.
I am back to update my review - I am more like a 3 and a half stars now. They worked on my both my son's and my daughters sore shoulders. They work to a point on my sore ankle and if I directly apply to my itchy knee it seems to help but if I don't use it for awhile it comes right back.
They did not work on my husband back. I have to be honest - we do not use them everyday. That would be very expensive! The company did contact me with some suggestions and let me know I can reuse them if they do not turn black -- That was good to know!
When I tried to select more stars it wouldn't let me. I will probably order more when I can afford it.
