I have suffered with severe back pain for years - congenital defects, arthritis (two different forms), and part injuries. I have tried all manner of drugs and treatments to little effect. The Body Relief pads have radically reduced my pain level from the very first night I used them! It truly is a miracle for me - and I do not use the term "miracle" lightly. In the space of one short week, I have regained function I never thought I would have again, and am SO MUCH more comfortable - full of energy, and optimism - to be freed of this crippling pain for even a minute would be a huge relief, and these pads keep the pain down and it stays gone. If these pads can make this profound a change in me, they can help just about anyone, no matter how chronic their condition. Do yourself a favor and give these a try.. it will only take one night's use to make a believer out of you. I was very skeptical to start with, and no one is more surprised than I am at the results I am seeing. Hallelujuh! The world is my oyster once more!! I'm 61 years old, a health nut and eat very well. I was intrigued by all the ads regarding detox pads. I bought these pads over others because of the good reviews on Amazon and other sites. I ordered a months worth and followed the directions to a tee. I kept waiting to feel some change, i.e. more energy, etc. but after one month there was absolutely no change in my body at all. They were very easy to put on but in the morning it was a different story. It took a lot of scrubbing to get the smell and the adhesive off. (I would stick to the floor if I didn't remove the adhesive!) The smell was like an old musty barbecue pit. Even my sheets smelled. Actually it's the smell of wet tree bark. The pads did get wet and dark, but obviously when a part of the body is cut off from air, it will sweat in tha spot, therefore, the wet dark substance. I kept hoping through the process that I would feel something and kept a positive attitude, but, alas, the month finished with me feeling the same as in the beginning. The BodyRelief pads are amazing! I have been using them once a week for a few years now. I like many of the other reviewers was skeptical at first of how well these would work, but I have to say this product is one of the best I have tried. I use them mainly for detoxification, and energy but I have also used them for various aches and pains as needed and I have noticed relief from them on that front as well. I had surgery on my uterus a few years ago and I still have some pain in the area (the doc says scar tissue build up) during different times in my cycle. I have used the BodyRelief on that and it seems to help a lot with the pain. As far as using them for detoxification, I swear by them! I have suffered from chronic fatigue for years and have noticed that the pads make a BIG difference in my energy level! If you are even on the fence about buying these, I highly recommend that you give them a try. As a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, I see a lot of individuals with bad backs, in addition to the usual aches and pains. And of course, our strength and flexibility building sessions can generate new muscle soreness two or three times a week. I often recommend Body Relief detox pads to my clients ease their discomfort as they get in shape. I've been using them for years myself, and it's interesting to observe skeptics turn into true believers after just a couple uses.
I took note of one person who complained about the odor of the pads when she removed them. Believe me: what comes out of your body is what goes into your body. If you've been eating garlic, even if I don't smell it on your breath, I know from your sweat. Body toxins can have powerful odors, and my experience as a trainer suggests that if the smell was that objectionable, it was proof that she needed to use the Body Relief detox pads more often, not less.

I have been using Kinoki Detox pads for 7 weeks and they are great. The smell isn't as strong as other detox pads. Once I remove them I wash my feet with soapy warm water and the smell was gone. I also have pretty pink feet. My feet were dark on the bottom and now they are beautiful. I went to my doctor for a check up and he ask me what was I doing different because my A1C blood count went from 8 to 6.5 which is excellent for me since I'm Diabete. Since using the patch I wake up feeling great, I eat better and my skin has improved. I started juicing all my vegetables and I juice carrots with apples and drink a glass of each every morning. I feel better everyday and recommend these patches. It took a while for the patches to lighten up but my body was so toxin from drinking,smoking and eating the wrong foods. The patches just started to get light this morning. Well I hope this help. Try it you might like it. lol
