I've tried a number of these kinds of products and this one is the best so far. I really feel a difference when using these. They are of exceptionally high quality, larger than most others, heavier(which means that the patches have more contents) and good quality. The adhesive is good too. So often the adhesives are too sticky or not sticky enough. These work perfectly. I read that if the product gets hard after use, then it is just a cheap product mostly made of starch. This one stays soft and pliable. I put one on my daughter's feet when she was sick recently and her fever came down very quickly and my housekeeper put one on a wasp bite and by the next day she forgot she even had it. I used them on myself for swollen ankles and it helped a lot. I plan on keeping these around to use for all kinds of things. They are worth a try for lots of different things.Customer Review: Really helped!

I have chronic back pain, I put these pads on my back and they were soaked in the morning and my back felt much better. I use them whenever my back hurts. I also put them on the back of my neck when I'm about to have a migraine and it makes it so the migraine is way less painful or takes it away completely. If I use them after the migraines starts they are less effective.
I started using them on my feet and it sucks all the toxins out of my body and makes me feel healthy. Once I had an infection in my toe that had healed all swollen-like. I wore the pad over my toe one (not one the wound, but around it) and it brought the swelling down. I did it the next night again and by the next day my toe was completely better, and it had been weeks of trying to make it heal.
I'm really glad I found these.

I ordered these pads as a stocking stuffer for my wife (yes, I shop early for my gifts). When the package arrived, I was dumbfounded to realize that the pads weren't even contained within a box as I had imagined. Instead, they were contained within a zip-type closure plastic bag. Also in the bag were the instructions that would be normally contained on the box, but they were printed in black and white on 8.5 x 11" paper. I still can't believe that the product is not sold in a professional packaging. I ordered these as a gift, but will be embarrassed to even give them to my wife. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Well, Since they are for a gift, I do not know if or how well they work, so there may be a little to salvage, but after arriving in a plastic bag, I'd say that's all they'll have going for them.Customer Review: impressed!

body relief detox pads are amazing. i recently discovered that i have type II diabetis. my feet had been and continue to be a real problem. they tingle and burn at night to the point that it wakes me up or prevents me from sleeping. from the very first time i used them i was relieved from this problem. then to my amazement this relief continued into the day. before i would sit down and it would begin again. now i get relief during the day. and as i have continued to use them, the relief is maintained for a longer period of time into the day. if this continues(and i am sure it will), i look forward to this relief 24/7. i am impressed and that is a very difficult thing to happen, when it comes to me and my health. so buy body relief detox pads and experience the relief i have.Customer Review: Don't know if it did anything, but feels good

I can't really say I tried this to relieve particular pain, and it didn't magically make aches and pains disappear as many reviewers said but then again it sounds like you have to try these out for a while.
Anyway, it does feel tingly and nice on the feet while you sleep, and it certainly was very dark every morning when I used them. Eh, I dunno, I just figured I would give it a shot. I am interested in detox things but I guess I generally get discouraged by how little consensus there seems to be out there on what really works and what is just placebo effect (which is a real effect anyway I guess).
Big con is that this would be expensive to do for any extended period of time.
