I recently bought these detox pads and love them. I did a cleanse/detox and used these to help release toxins from my body and they worked really well!! The next morning I felt less foggy, less achy and even had a clearer head. I felt so much more relaxed too. I gave them to my mother who was having knee and joint pain and before the end of the day, she said she was in a lot less pain...she couldn't believe how well they worked! So, I re-ordered them for my home in LA and DC because they are an integral part of my overall health and well-being plan. Received my order very quickly, and I put them to work the first night. I loved the way I could sense my feet as I was laying in bed and have to believe these pads really do awaken circulation. I felt so much energy the next day. Used them again 2 days later and had the same feeling.
My wife was impressed with my reaction, so she asked to use them the next night, and really enjoyed them as well. Have to get some more so I can share with her and run a full cycle of these myself!
I also like the minimal packaging materials as an environmentally sound practice. Try these!

I have used these particular foot detox pads for over a year now (on and off). I get swelling in my feet, numbness and stiffness in my feet which I experience when I wake up in the a.m. When I use these at night, I do not have the numbness, stiffness and swelling. When I haven't used them for awhile, I can tell the difference, so I just purchased a few more boxes (Amazon has a very good price). I suppose one could spend $1,500 or more on those foot detox baths, but it's far less hastle and expense to do this. I can really say I notice the difference when I use them.Customer Review: DrDuck

I have used BodyRelief Footpads on many occasions. My wife first introduced me to them and I was unsure as to how effective they would be. I am in my 60's and an elementary school teacher. I am exposed to colds and flu on a regular basis. These have helped me on many occasions when I was beginning to feel worn and tired just before getting ill. I use the footpads and they help me nip the illness in the bud or not get ill to the same degree as my colleagues. I was very skeptical about this product but after reading the reviews I thought I would check it out. The pads are easy to apply and boy are they black the next morning. Now this is my experience. The first day after I wore them I felt really good, but I couldn't think of why. I had totally forgotten about the foot pads. Next day same thing. I believe these really do make me feel better and it's not in my head. Even if it is, I feel great and these are a remarkable product.
