I am on blood thinners and as a result I bruise very easily. I previously used Arnica Cream, and accidentally got the gel instead. It seems to me that the gel doesn't work quite as well as the cream; The cream makes the bruises disappear faster and seems to work better on muscles and joints. I have no idea why the gel wouldn't seem to work as well. The gel does dry more quickly than the cream and both products make my bruises fade faster than not using anything, which is the primary reason I use them.
