This product has been a life-saver because of my back problems. It works better than any similar product which I have tried. I have owned 2 of these, and both of them broke about halfway down the handle after about 9 months of regular use. I am struggling with back issues and this product has been a life saver on the days when I am in a lot of pain. I like the contoured shape as well as the release feature; it doesn't always release, but I have figured out not to push too much paper into it first.
