A simple comparison with yesterday's visit to Cost*co is cruel: after all discounts and taxes taken into account, the Cost*co price is still 1/3 lower (per sheet). Customer Review: The "quicker picker-upper" scores again !!!

Bounty isn't called "the quicker picker-upper" for nothing. These paper towels are remarkably strong and durable. Just one sheet can more than soak up a spill; and even if the spill is large you almost certainly won't need to use more than two or three sheets at the very most.
These two ply paper towels are remarkably soft for all their durability and strength. Although these are paper towels, you can use them as heavy duty tissues--and they can also serve as dinner napkins if company comes on short notice--just fold them very neatly into triangles. Nobody minds.
Another reviewer notes that Bounty paper towels can be used to dry off pots and pans after they've been scrubbed--and this reviewer is right. They are also right when they state that Bounty will not leave lint on glassware, windows or even your silverware. I would not recommend using these in hot ovens, however--they could ignite.
Overall, Bounty paper towels may cost a bit more but they are well worth every penny you pay for them. I find them to be indispensable in my home for numerous uses that go well beyond absorbing spills.
