Was nervous at how much it would hurt when I first put it to my leg. But really was not that bad! The previous reviewer really sums it up very well. The noise when I first turned it on was definitely disconcerting, I was sure it was gonna chew up my leg! It takes some practice to get it to really grab all the hairs, but once you get the hang of it, it is simple to use.Customer Review: thanks to Braun!

I had used a Braun Silk-epil before; and I was so satisfied with it that I decided to buy the same product the same brand for a second time after having my old one for more than four years. definitely try it if you have never done before! a cost much less than that of wax and a skin much softer than shaved!Customer Review: great item to start with
