Braun says that these blades work with the 8595 that I use. While it's true that the blades do fit and the razor will operate, the level of razor burn is OFF THE SCALE compared to the Activator blades. The best thing about the Braun system is the minimal to non-existent razor burn, an advantage that is completely lost with these. If you use an 8595, avoid these blades like the plague. (Frankly, I would assume that these blades would cause the same problems with other Braun razors, but I can't say for sure since all I have is an 8595.)Customer Review: Pleasant expierience with total package

Not very often do I have the time to thank someone when they deserve thanks and in this case YES they deserve my thanks. The Foil and Cutter heads came just in time for my vacation trip and a few days earlier then I expected. This has certainly been a plus the new Foil and Cutter made a world of difference from what a had been using. The shave is smooth and only took a few seconds to replace. I can only give praise to this product and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a better shave. The Braun can't be beat.Customer Review: Perfect fit!

Naturally, this item is a perfect fit on the Braun 360. I picked out the razor system itself because they recommend changing the foil and block every 18 months. I have replaced it three times in the last year. The foil has small perforations to push your hair into the trimming area...which is great... until some of the metal pieces of the foil break off and those small perforations start combining to get larger and larger. My face has been sliced up by the cutter block several times from this razor when this happens.Customer Review: Replacement foil and cutter works great

This is the OEM replacement foil and cutter for Braun 8985 electric shaver (and others). It makes your shaver feel brand new again. It's as simple as removing your old foil/cutter and popping in the new one. The replacement works just as good as new; very close and comfortable. BTW, this shaver is rated tops in Consumer's Report; while not cheapest it works great!
This price for this product from this seller was a good deal plus it's difficult to find this item at retail stores.

The foil and cutter block were exactly as described, however Amazon shipped me an empty box with another customer's packing slip inside. Customer service had trouble expalining this occurrence and the situation had to be escalated to a customer service supervisor who finally sent me the item I ordered. Amazon was unable to explain how I received a strangers packing slip for a "hydraulic pump" sent to me in an empy box. At least they corrected the problem with courtesy.
