I have a 1000 series and this thing fit like a glove (and not the O.J. kind). Blue housing? WTF? Mine is black, like the original. Speaking of the original, buying this basically made my razor new again. I didn't realize my blades were as dull as they were until I popped the new one on. 1,2, 3, BAM! Replacement foils and blocks usually cost nearly as much as the entire shaver! With a sweet price like I received from this merchant, it only makes sense to replace these parts rather than purchase a new shaver...so I purchased a half dozen packages of the parts! I couldn't find this product locally and was ready to just buy a new razor when I decided to check Amamzon just in case. I found what I was looking for and the company who I bought it from was very fast in shipping it and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely use them the next time I need the parts!
