I have never used anything like this before. I am fair skin and would have to shave everyday not to see the dark stubble, so I was looking for something to solve my problems, This IS IT!!! I felt slight pain when doing my legs but nothing unbearable, more like it was uncomfortable. Now, I did have irration (red spots at the site of the hairs), but it was all gone after 3-4 hours. I also used it on my bikini line and it's wonderful(great for summer). So far I have had it for 2 weeks and have yet to epilate for the second time. I tried to use it on my underarms, that I couldn't do, too much pain. I choose this model for the quick rechargable feature as I am a working mom and not extra time on my hands. I felt the advertising was misleading for this item. I ordered the 7781, thinking it came with the facial epilator, from the pictures of the product and the product description. Wrong, it came without that item. I returned it, and bought the 7681 from another company; and am delighted with it. I think the basic Epilator is the same, and it works very well. I also have fair, sensitive skin. Get red, bumps @ ankles and lower calves. My hair is pretty fine, and I have a lot of it, blonde peach fuzz and dark hairs. And yes, the facial epilator works very well, although, that is the most sensitive area I've done yet. I have however, had some laser hair removal and a couple of tattoos...so this is nothing, compared to those painful processes!Customer Review: Addictive

My Braun is made in Germany and it is feels sturdy. I am not disappointed.
The first time I used it, it HURT. Had I not read these reviews that encourage you to keep on using it, I would have given up in the first minute. The truth is, you get used to it.
It takes some time upfront to epilate all the hairs but you end up have a smooth shave and you cant see the hairs under the skin. I love this thing!
OH! A warning!! BE SURE to follow the directions and clean your skin immediatly before using the epilator!! I decided once that I could skip that part and got these horrible abscess like pimples. Took them weeks to completely heal.

I love this hair remover. I used to wax but it was getting too expensive and I had to let the hair on my legs grow so long before I could get it removed (I have thin but dark hair). This allows me to remove when I want and I have saved over the long term vs. waxing. It does hurt a little but so does waxing. If you are scared go get waxed a few times to get used to the feeling and then switch to this. The bag is great to keep everything together. Charges quick and holds the charge a long time. My skin is so dry shaving just causes too much irritation, I'm so happy I gave this a try!Customer Review: Grumpy111

I have an older Braun epilator and was in need of an upgrade. I went to the Braun website and tried to order from there but that is next to impossible. I researched other epilators and went back to the Braun. Since I have been using an epilator for a while I didn't have the pain that comes with being new epilating. I love the fact that this is rechargeable and can use it without the cord getting in the way. Have yet to try it on my underarms as I would get a lot of ingrown hairs from using the older one. Will update on that when I finally use it for under the arms.
