Customer Review: Great idea, but mine doesn't work well

Like other users, I love the idea of this product but have had some problems with the one I have. The cold pack expands too much when frozen, making it impossible to close the bowl securely. Even without the cold pack, the screw-on lid is very tricky to put on correctly and easily pops open. Unlike some other people's, my spoon is easy to use when open, but it fits too tightly in the lid, and must be pried out with a pen each time I use it.
I'd recommend passing on this product. I love the idea of several nesting containers, and will keep looking for something like it.

I loved the idea of this product for my cereal, but like other reviewers, I found that the product doesn't work as designed. When the ice ring is frozen, the milk cup won't fit inside it, and as a result, the top bowl won't screw into the clear bowl. After the second dish-washing, the milk lid barely fits on the milk cup. Also, the spoon folds in half and won't stay open while you're eating with it (if it would have been designed to fold the opposite way, it would work okay.) Too bad, I'd buy 4 more of these if it worked well.Customer Review: Love this!

Love this. I eat Yogurt, Berries and Grapenuts at about 8:30 every morning. I start work at 6:30 so I take it with me. The grapenuts go in the bottom, the yogurt in the cup and the frozen berries on the top tray. By the time I'm ready to eat the berries are thawed just enough, the grapenuts are still crunchy and I'm ready to go! The spoon provided is a waste of time however. I was excited to find this for taking my cereal to work. The first day I used it, it worked well. It was hard to get it screwed together tightly so the milk wouldn't leak. The second time I used it, the whole thing came apart in my lunch box. I threw the whole thing away. It wasn't worth the headache of wondering if I would have a mess to clean up. I had better luck putting my milk in a bowl and my cereal in a sandwich bag.Customer Review: Works great!

This breakfast system works great for me. I bought two and have been using them for 3 weeks. I wash them by hand so I don't have the issues that others have had. Not had a spilt milk issue yet. I buy different fruit every week to have with my cereal. It actually inspires me to eat a healthy breakfast every morning, something I have always had a problem with. It was a great buy for me. Well worth the money!
