I have tried both Breathe Right and Clear Passage nasal strips. Breathe Right strips work, and Clear Passage do not. I am surprised at the remarks by other reviewers that Breathe Right's adhesive fails. I have found the opposite. If I wash my nose before applying a new strip, the strip holds all night and I always can use the strip again the next night, doubling the useful life of the product. In experiments, I often could use the strip a third or even fourth night, but it was not reliable after the second use, sometimes coming off during the night. I have used only the tan-colored strips because my wife read somewhere that the clear strips had a different, less effective adhesive. My experience with the much less expensive Clear Passage strips is that they are terrible. They came off during the night every time I tried them, and they left a gummy residue on my nose requiring washing with soap and water the next morning for removal. Breathe Right strips do not have those problems and are worth the extra cost.
I gave the strips only four stars because they do not stop my snoring. My wife says they reduce it but do not stop it.
