Customer Review: Helped My Dad a Little, But Not Me At All

My Mom and Dad recommended these Breathe Right Throat strips, along with using the Breathe Right nasal strips. Apparently, this combination has been the only thing that has made my dad's snoring more tolerable for my Mom. They said that it was the combination that worked best for my Dad.
However, after having used them both for several weeks, I can't say I've noticed any difference in myself. The nasal strips did open my nasal passages more, it's true, but they didn't help me with my snoring or not getting a good night's sleep. The throat strips didn't seem to do anything but taste good in my mouth.
I guess each user is different. They may be worth your trying them: they worked (with the nasal strips) for my Dad, but not for me. They're inexpensive enough that they're worth a shot for anyone who has a problem with snoring or sleep apnea. I sincerely hope they help others more than they helped me!
