This is a terrific product! I should have bought it long ago. I am able to meditate longer and without the stiffness that I used to experience.

Description of Buckwheat Zafu and Zabuton Meditation Cushion Set (2pc), Black
Our zafu is a round traditional meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of a heavy duty fabric. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Each zafu is approximately 14" in diameter and 7" in height and and weight 6 - 7 lbs. The zabuton is filled with natural kapok. The kapok is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of a heavy duty fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the kapok is enclosed in a casing.
