Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge (Pack of 6)I have a skin care license for 20 years and have been buying the Buf Puf since it first came out on the market and sold in the drug stores. Am so glad they keep making this product but buy in quantities, fearing they might stop. Highly recommend to keep your skin free of dead cells and looking polished. I get many compliments on my skin from head to toe at the age of 58. Some say it's too scratchy but to me it feels invigorating. I use the white side for my face, neck and chest areas, using a circular motion, and the blue side for the rest of my body. There is also a back Buf Puf holder you can buy for back cleansing. Have tried other cell sloffing products but this one really does the job -- every time! It's less expensive than polishing beads in gel products with heavy perfumes. I've been using this product for over 8 years and have been very satisfied with it. (I use it with the holder.) Both sides work as promised in exfoliating my skin, and it rinses clean after use. I usually use the white side, but will use the blue side for ankles, feet and elbows now and then.
I also like the holder as I can use it with the handle or detach the handle and use it as a hand sponge. (To reassemble holder, make sure the arrows line up and you feel the handle lock in.)
I was initially given this product as a Christmas grab bag gift from my sister's in laws, and I'm glad they thought of it! I initially used it as a back scrubber, then after trying it on my arms and legs, found it gave a nice invigorating mesage.

I read all the reviews prior to buying and decided to give this a try...I'm very happy I did. It's gentle enough for everyday use...the blue side isn't extremely exfoliating...I use it on my feet and heels and it's quite alright, and the white side is gentle enough to be used everywhere else. I especially love using these to bathe with after dusting, sweeping and mopping nearly every evening as we're renovating. You do have to use a little more shower gel than normal to get a good sud but I like the clean, exfoliated feeling I get after using.
I certainly wish they were a little bigger considering it's for washing your body and hope Buf-Puf will think about that...all in all, a great product.

I have used Body Buf since it first came out and just can't use anything else. I have one in each bathroom, one in a suitcase, and in my gym bag. It keeps my skin free of bumps and thus have very smooth skin (I'm 70 years old). I use the blue side for my entire body and the white side for my face. It's great to use with liquid soaps, which can be expensive, and it doesn't take much soap for a full body scrub. If you want really smooth skin, this is the product to use. I love it and a shower isn't the same without it because I don't feel clean. But the best part is getting rid of any bumps on my skin, especially the backs of the upper arms. Have been using this product for years. I order it by the case online now. Before I started using this sponge, my skin was rough and the skin on my upper arms and legs had tiny bumps. The skin on my lower legs used to flake. I use the blue rougher side on my body and the white side on my face and moisturize after getting out of the shower. My skin is very smooth and soft now. I love Buf-Puf!
