Like another reviewer, I ordered this from Amazon.com thinking I would save some cash, after buying the 3oz sample size at a local salon and liking it.
This was nothing like the salon product. It was especially noticable in the conditioner, which had a greasy smell and texture to it.
Fortunately I contacted Amazon.com and they accepted the return and I got a full refund. So I appreciate Amazon doing that. Nonetheless, wherever they are getting the product from (obviosuly not direclty from bumble & bumble) they should stop since the product is not authentic based on several other postings.
I ordered the authentic stuff from someone on ebay and am happy with it now.
