I like the idea but its just not comfortable enough. (btw, I use the gel separators mostly.)
I thought this toe straightener would be great for wearing to bed (so I didn't have to wear socks), but it always felt tight. My circulation may be be a little less than optimal, so perhaps that is why. If you have low circulation, I do not suggest this product.

Easy-on, large toe straightener fits comfortably inside your shoe to protect against pressure and friction. Wear without shoes to gently hold the large toe in position. Strap gently pulls the toe forward, easing discomfort and helping prevent new bunions.
