I used to have problems with my lips cracking and bleeding in the winter, no matter what I did, no matter how expensive the stuff was I tried, or how often I applied it. Then I found Burts Bees. I'm totally addicted. I have continued to try new things occasionally, and nothing even comes close. I have one in every purse, every drawer, and more. I've always loved Burt's Bees products. This lip balm, however, ALWAYS causes my lips to peel. It feels so good when I apply it and I love the refreshing smell. Within a few hours, though, my lips begin to get dry patches which end up flaking and peeling, almost as if they are burned. I suspect that it may be the peppermint oil.
Good old-fashioned (black label) Chapstik is now my lips' best friend.

Didn't think I'd ever write a review for lip balm, but after I picked up a tube of this stuff recently I realized it really was the best lip balm I'd ever tried, bar none.
I for one am glad it does not contain sunscreen as most chemical sunscreens are worse for you than the sun ...
The only negative was my girlfriend liked it so much she kept borrowing it so it disappeared fast.

Full on best lip balm I've ever used. My lips are so soft whenever I put this on, its so relaxing almost. I love having nice soft lips, and I hate chapped lips so bad. This a very good quality product. I'm even gonna buy some for my friends and family, I know they are going to love it as much as I do. I'll defiantly continue using this product and I'm defiantly not back to regular chap stick again.Customer Review: The best one ever

I have been using this lip balm for a few years now and I have loved it ever since. I don't think there's any other lip balm out there better than this one. It's not greasy at all, has the right amount of mint in it and lasts on my lips. And it's really nice knowing that it's not tested on animals as stated on the tube. I use it everyday. It's the best lip balm on the whole planet, folks!
