The rotary head is round and small, perfect for toddlers. The other children power toothbrushes have much bigger heads. I teach my two toddler kids how to brush with regular toothbrushes but will use this power brush every few days to do some serious cleaning. If you are looking for a power toothbrush for a small mouth, this is it.
