I WENT TO MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR WITH WRIST PAIN. I CAN'T SQUEEZE ANYTHING I TOLD HIM. 2 DAYS LATER I AM THE PROUD OWNER OF THIS SPLINT. DIRECTED TO WEAR IT EVERY NIGHT, I COMPLIED. IN NO TIME AT ALL, MY WRIST PAIN HAD DIMINISHED THANKS TO THIS LOVELY PRODUCT. IT HAS REMOVABLE BONING TO MAKE IT MORE COMFORTABLE IF THE STIFFNESS OF IT WORRIES YOU. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST USING IT AT THE OFFICE, OR ON THE COMPUTER AS IT MAKES YOUR ARM/WRIST VERY RIGID, AND COULD BE QUITE COMICAL IN SOME OFFICE SCENARIOS.(ANSWERING PHONES, EATING, DRINKING ETC). I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
