I've had this flat iron for almost three years now.
I bought it in my junior year of high school and was able to bring it to college with me. Between bringing it to school for theater productions and using it at home, this thing is pretty much indestructible. I've probably dropped it about twenty times and it still works. The only thing that isn't working with it (which may be associated with age) is the red light (which no longer glows) It doesn't matter though because it's obvious when the iron is on due to its super-fast heating ability.
If you want dead hair, tons of split ends, or something that will break within twenty minutes of use, go to Walmart and buy a generic iron for 14.99.
If you want hair that is manageable, fingertips that aren't burnt, or a product that will virtually last forever, get this flat iron.

The CHI Turbo is one of the less expensive professional grade flat irons. This came highly recommended to me by my hairstylist and I have to say it is the most efficient flat iron I've ever used and I get great results. I have very thick, very wavy, shoulder length hair and it takes me about 10 minutes to straighten my hair.Customer Review: I really like this product

Wow, i finally have a straightener that works for my hair and doesn't take an hour! I have long, blonde and super thick hair so straightening has always been a hassle, now i'm done in 10 minutes!!!
